5 weeks to get a head job. Over a 5 week period only once did the shop return phone calls. The bill wasn't properly itemized showing what was done and for how much. Final straw was the windshield was cracked through the drivers side and was not this way when the car was delivered. They banded together and said it was cracked when dropped off. Interesting that the crack was not mentioned until I saw it. User beware...

The team was able to get truck in quickly. Even helped set up a tow. Diagnosed the issue and replaced the water pump timing belts and more. They explained every step to me and showed me all the failing parts and issues. I really appreciated how they communicated professionally and promptly but also educated me step by step. I was stoked on their service and prices and team! Big mahalos!!!! So nice to finally have a dedicated team looking after my Tacoma and keeping it going at 220k! (It’s just getting broken in!) Highly recommend!

Finding a good mechanic is like finding a good dentist, you hold on to them for dear life. This guys are amazing and honest, I took my car for an aircon repair and they charged me one third of the price of what I was quoted at another place. Repair was fast and they told me I didn’t need loads of the other things in the quote I had. I will be back for sure.

Everything they’ve touched on my 01 Tacoma has been stellar prices were affordable. Quotes were given quickly. JOB was completed in a timely fashion. Super stoked with them specially being a female always hard to find quality mechanics that I trust here and I think them so much for everything! Mahalo Nui!

Made an 8:30am appt to get brakes done. Let them know ahead of time I'd have to wait there for it to be done. Quoted 2.5 hours when making the appointment. It's 2:15 pm!!!! Are you kidding me? That is almost 6 hours for a brake job that should have only taken roughly 2 hours. Regardless of all the excuses, "waiting on parts for other cars" - well, while you're waiting for parts for other cars, get my car in there and get working on it! If the situation was reversed and they were at my place of business and I totally extended their wait time from 2 hours to 6 hours, do you think they would be happy and want to come back? I get that "stuff" happens, but work with it. Make it right. Give a discount if you totally fail on expectations. Really disappointed.
